Photography by the hour
Pricing is simple, transparent, and based on the amount of time I spend and the number of photo images I produce for you. I have created four Core Options which are suitable for the most common project types. Bespoke quotations can be provided on request for specialised work or projects.
Option 1 – 1 hour photography and 10 edited photos – £200
Option 2 – 2 hours photography and 15 edited photos -£ 400
Option 3 – 4 hours photography and 30 edited photos – £ 600
Option 4 – a full day photography (7 hours) and 50 edited photos – £900
Extras –

Stylist – £ 90 per hour
Make-up – £120 per hour
Chaperone – £30 per hour
Studio – £P.O.A. depending on required studio, location and time
Terms - The Important Bits & Pieces
The following conditions apply to all commissions:
Cancellation or Re-scheduling
Once a commission has been agreed, I require a deposit of 20% to be paid in advance. 72 hours before the shoot, I will contact you to confirm that the engagement will proceed and to confirm final details. Should it be necessary to reschedule the engagement, I will offer the next available slot in my schedule. I will offer to reschedule to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, but hope you understand that I cannot continue to reschedule indefinitely. In the event of 3 failed reschedules or a cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.
In the event of a no show, you will forfeit your deposit and be invoiced for one hour of my time. I don’t ever expect to do this, but want to set out this policy clearly, as time spent is valuable.
Payment
I accept cash or electronic bank transfers. For payments made by transfer, I will confirm receipt of funds as soon as they are cleared and will either confirm your booking, or release your images as appropriate.
Chaperone
For all shoots involving minors, I will automatically provide a chaperone and add this to the cost of the overall price. This is irrespective of whether one is offered by the model and is for our joint protection. All chaperones are CRB checked.
Photos
The photos I provide for your initial review will remain my property until we agree the ones you would like edited and are delivered to you. This is to preserve the quality of the final images and also to ensure that you receive the correct number of images according to your package choice.
Model release form
This is probably the most important document for both of us. It allows you to receive your photos free of any image rights and allows me to use them on for promotional purposes. It’s the legal bit that protects us both and aside from you confirming the commission, it’s the only thing we’ll ask you to sign. In the event of a dispute that we cannot resolve between us, you agree that our contract will be adjudicated under English law.
Image licensing
Image proofs will be watermarked with Mundial Photo markings; however, all sold images will be provided to you in the format of your choice without watermarks. Upon settlement of your account, these become yours to use free of any image rights. If you would like them watermarked for your use, I can provide this service upon request at no additional charge.
